At ZIZI, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we deliver, how shipping fees are calculated, processing timelines, and your responsibilities as a customer. Please review this information before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

Standard delivery is charged at R130.
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

ZIZI reserves the right to update shipping rates when necessary without prior notice.

Order Processing

Please allow 7–10 business days for production and order processing before dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during peak periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, high-volume periods, or regional service delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking details.

You may use these details to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier service.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

ZIZI cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Failed deliveries caused by inaccurate contact information

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery, or

  • Hold the parcel at a designated collection point

It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the courier where required.

Shipping Limitations

Certain items may be subject to special shipping considerations based on size, weight, or packaging requirements.

ZIZI reserves the right to adjust shipping pricing and arrangements if necessary to ensure safe delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packaging all orders securely before dispatch.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. However, if your package arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the matter.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy
 
At ZIZI, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.
 
 
1. Return Eligibility
 
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
 
To qualify for a return:
•The item must be unworn and unused
•All original tags must be attached
•The garment must be in its original condition
•The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
 
ZIZI reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
 
 
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
 
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via:

Kindly include the following details in your message:
•Full name and surname
•Item(s) you wish to return
•Reason for return
•If exchanging, your preferred size, colour, or style (screenshot image) 
 
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
 
 
3. Return Shipping
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our side.
•We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, PEP, or PostNet.
•ZIZI cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
 
If preferred, we can arrange collection through our courier. The shipping fee will need to be paid via EFT prior to collection. Banking details will be provided upon request via WhatsApp.
 
 
4. Store Credit
•Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be processed within 2 business days.
•Store credit will be issued electronically to the cellphone number or email address used when placing your order. 
•Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or a ZIZI error.
 
Store credit can be used on any future purchase and will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
 
 
5. Exchanges
 
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
 
If the requested size, colour, or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
 
 
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
 
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
 
In such cases, ZIZI will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement where possible.
 
 
Important Notes
•We do not offer cash refunds.
•Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
•Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
